Once you've viewed a property, you can submit an application online. We require 3 months of bank statements, a copy of your ID, and a recent payslip. Processing typically takes 24-48 hours.
Many of our townhomes and ground-floor apartments are pet-friendly! Please note that pet approval is subject to body corporate rules and may require a small additional pet deposit.
This varies by property. Typically, water, refuse, and security levies are included. Electricity is usually prepaid. All our properties come with backup power systems at no extra running cost.
Our standard lease agreement is for 12 months. However, we do offer flexible 6-month leases on select properties subject to availability and adjusted rates.
